The Paleo diet is basically eating like a caveman. If you could hunt or find it around, then you could eat it. We’re talking meat, fish, vegetables, seeds and nuts are all definitely in. However, you’re going to have to forego cereal, pasta and all your favourite chocolate bars.

Of course, whenever you change your diet, it’s a good idea to talk to your Doctor, especially if it is radically different. Check too if you have diabetes or any other health concerns. Paleo has been known to help reduce the effects of diabetes, so you should be okay, but it always pays to check.
