Olive oil is a wonder ingredient. It tastes great in recipes and is full of healthy fats. But did you know it also works miracles on your skin and hair? You can swap your everyday moisturiser for olive oil, and you may even notice improved results! Simply rub in a small amount of the oil onto your face after a shower to get all the benefits of its antioxidants and healthy fats. Extra virgin olive oil is best for the skin as it is very pure. You can also use it on your hair as a deep conditioner. Simply massage into the hair and scalp, and wash off.

Sleep Well

Getting a good night’s sleep is not only beneficial for your mood, but also for your beauty regime! After all, there’s a reason why they call it beauty sleep. Sleeping well can help to reduce bags under our eyes and can also reduce redness and blotches on our skin.
